Pros

This company has a great variety of locations and departments but has managed to build strong, collaborative teams. People are generally friendly and the higher management puts a genuine effort in constant improvements. There are lots of team-building initiatives, activities and fun employee perks. This company offers a pretty good work-life balance and most importantly, management does listen to employee concerns and suggestions and is always open to grow, improve and make this workplace a better place for everyone.

Cons

Teams sometimes can keep to themselves and not mingle with other departments, which can create a slightly “colder” environment, but our company initiatives seem to help improve collaboration and encourage hires to socialize.

Very laid back culture, casual dress code. Many company events through out the year and lunches. Bagel Fridays!! Very welcoming and cooperative HR team

Outdated technology, employees who run out of the building at 5 pm, high turnover, evidence of financial issues, poor compensation, poor benefits

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Continue to do so, it's important. The majority of employees at our corporate location arrive between 6:30 am and 8:00 am in order to avoid traffic. With this schedule, many leave the office between 4 pm and 5 pm. Management is aware of commuting challenges and tries to accommodate a flexible schedule. New ideas are always welcome and talk to your manager about improvements and new ideas. It's encouraged.
