Pros

A mid sized family run company. People take time to say hi to you here and to learn more about you. Good benefits, good pay, and meaningful work.

Cons

Something I am personally enjoying is that a family run company can be a bet slower than the typical corporate fast track. Of course this is not for everyone. A good example is that I highly recommend getting the opinions of more seasoned employee's before making a decision as people appreciate giving and receiving genuine thought. So if you like this kind of pacing I guess its more of a pro than a con!

Working at Pasha has been great - interesting smart people dedicated to solving challenges. The work is fast paced and the focus is on the customer and client. Employees are treated well and there's room for career growth. There's a new focus on training which means executives value staff development.

Cons

Even though the company offers free bagels every Friday, it would be great if there were other options like yogurt and fruit on Wednesdays.
