Pros

Pay is good. Starting is about $15-$20 for admin. People are very friendly and parties are always off the hook.

Cons

Benefits are ok, could be better. I think they should ofer 401k where they match a certain amount of percentage.

Your not a number, they know you. No touch freight is nice. Dispatch works with you and usually does what they say they will.

Cons

Some bad policies in place. There seems to be a big difference between contracted drivers and ones that work directly for the company.
