Pros

At the time, lots of similar aged coworkers. Good language learning environment if you put in the time to interact and effort. Recommend this place to native Japanese workers. They also share non-work events for the community, which is great. This location was also a short commute, located in a great spot.

Cons

Very stressful, tiring to be working with a manager that can be yelling a lot. Prefer working with a manager side by side, instead of having work checked over. High turnover due to visa reasons & others. Management is trying to change/become more global, but has a hard time hiring & retaining English speakers.
