Great people with great networking opportunities. Quickly able to move up in the company even with none or minimal experience.

Cons

Poor benefits and non unified managerial staff (who your boss is will make a difference in how you are reviewed or succeed)

Pros

You can almost do what you want if you have passion. Great coworkers and great teams. The salary is not competitive, but they are better among the companies in the same industries and every way.

Cons

Since the branches are so spread out, it is hard to motivate employees in small branch. Also, since this is Japanese company, over 90% of employees are Japanese. That been said, the conversation at workplace is in Japanese.
