Good coworkers, work life balance, healthy work environment, growth opportunities.

Cons

No extra compensation based on performance, no clear growth path, lack of diversity within the organizations leads it to still be very Japanese culturally even though the branch is in the USA.

Flexible and people were nice

Cons

The salary was low, and the benefits were not very good. The manager was too busy and didn't have the capacity to handle things properly, so the work distribution and management were not good. The tools or services being used were outdated and inefficient. I was not busy at work but I found some colleagues worked overtime a lot due to the low salary.
