Cons

Bad management and disorganized staff. Pay isn’t bad but there is no moving up in the company. Always written up for things the management tells you to do the plays dumb when write up comes

Upper management is very rude! the union never helps . They will fire any RPD that build a good working relationship with staff.no nursing have to take The consumers to the doctor to have things treated that if we had nursing staff could do.list gos on !had to rate or I'd of gave 0 stars!
