people get off task leaving others to pick up the slack. not a whole lot of order to the way the call center functions. people get into their own groove and work as they see fit. theyre too content in their current job and unwilling to learn anything new. office staff are gossipy about other employees. no real form of management on staff. the people they have given the label of "office manager" dont act like managers and are just as bad as the rest of the staff. company owners are very aggressive and uncaring of their employees. they tend to get verbally aggressive and make their staff cry which is what lead people to walk out or look for work while they're working. they get easily upset when people question basic order and protocol. they try to penalize staff for missing work due to illness or kids being sick. owners urge employees to bring their children to work with them so that all staff members are in the office. its like pulling teeth to get approved time off. health benefits are not cheap and are about the cost of one of your paychecks.

Certainly the most hostile and unprofessional work environment I've ever has the displeasure of being in. Employees here regularly engage in verbal fights, walk out, quit, are immediately rehired, talk negatively about their colleagues. There is no onsite management. People cry and freak out on a daily basis. There are threats, blackmail and fraud, all perpetrated by the owners. Bad behavior is encouraged, screaming is common. Somewhere in here people pretend they are working. What a joke. Shame on your entire organization for allowing good people to be pushed out. Your employees are vile.
