Pros

Hard to find any.

Cons

This is the most hostile, toxic work environment I've ever worked in. Everyone is stressed out all the time and there is no work/life balance. I think they promote the company as being a great place to work because it is good marketing for their brand. My expectations of the job based on interviewing and reading about the company was so far off from reality it feels like a work of fiction. BEWARE. Taking this job was the worst professional decision I've ever made.
