      A great job if you want to get laid off!

      Pros

      The discount is fine, but laughable when you consider you couldn't afford the very clothing you're selling on your hourly wage without it.

      Cons

      I worked as a CSR for years here, and was exceptional at it. But I guess I lived 10 miles too far from a store, so they kicked me to the curb. I would not recommend this position unless you live in Reno, NV as it seems they're pushing for everyone to be back in office eventually. Patagonia is not the company it once was.
