Pros

Leadership is genuinely engaged and invested in my growth. I’m constantly learning and evolving, which has been such a refreshing change of pace. My team is fantastic. Thoughtful, kind, and incredibly supportive. I’m really enjoying my time here so far. I stay busy, but I’ve been able to make a meaningful impact, and that’s been incredibly rewarding. The benefits are really strong and thoughtfully designed. A truly comprehensive Total Rewards package. The culture here is really unique and something I really appreciate! Very much looking forward to growing my career with this company.

Cons

We are growing quickly, which can sometimes mean shifting priorities and evolving processes. If you prefer highly structured environments with everything fully built out, this may feel fast paced at times. We are remote - so you have to make a conscious effort to connect, but PMPC also gives us real opportunities to connect in person (Annual All-Company Summit!)

Thank you for taking the time to share this. I’m really glad to hear you’ve had such a positive experience so far. It means a lot to hear that your team has been supportive and that you feel you’re learning and making an impact. You’re also right that growth brings some shifting priorities and evolving processes. Pros

The marketing team is made up of smart, driven, and genuinely good people who care about doing great work. There is a strong sense of ownership and collaboration, and you are encouraged to contribute ideas, not just execute tasks. If you want hands-on experience and the chance to build, test, and refine real initiatives, you will find that here. There is meaningful opportunity to learn quickly, stretch beyond your formal role, and grow alongside a company that is scaling. You are close to the product, the data, and the business impact, which makes the work feel purposeful rather than performative. The morals and values of the people at this company are incredible. It’s unlike any place I’ve worked before in terms of the genuine care the founders show for employees. That care is reflected in meaningful benefits, paid volunteer days, and a culture that prioritizes people, not just performance. If you want to work for a company with real purpose, this is it.

Cons

It is fast paced, and not everyone thrives in that environment. Priorities can shift as the company grows, so adaptability is important.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, especially after being with us for a few years. That perspective means a lot. I’m really glad you called out the marketing team and the sense of ownership people have. One of our goals has always been to create an environment where team members can bring ideas forward, experiment, and see the real impact of their work on our customers and the business. You are also right that we move quickly and priorities can shift as we grow. We will keep working to improve clarity and communication as we scale. Thanks again for being part of the team and helping us continue to improve. - Justin Chalfant

Where Talent Is Valued and Culture Actually Means Something

Pros

The company culture is exceptional. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and truly invested in employee success. Communication from executives is clear and consistent, and you always understand how your work contributes to the broader mission. There’s a strong emphasis on trust, autonomy, and accountability — no micromanagement, just support when you need it. Work-life balance is outstanding. The company respects personal time, encourages taking PTO, and promotes flexibility. As a remote-first organization, they’ve built processes and collaboration practices that make distributed work seamless and engaging. Compensation and benefits are competitive and thoughtfully structured. Professional development is encouraged, whether through certifications, conferences, or learning opportunities. Team members are incredibly talented, humble, and collaborative—there’s a shared sense of purpose and pride in delivering high-quality products to customers.

Cons

As a growing company, processes are continually evolving, which can require adaptability. However, leadership actively seeks feedback and iterates quickly, so improvements happen fast.

Thank you for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review. I really appreciate it. I’m glad the transparency from leadership and the culture of trust stood out to you. We try hard to create an environment where team members have autonomy to do great work while knowing support is there when they need it. You are also right that as we grow, processes will continue to evolve. Our goal is to keep improving how we operate while preserving our values and purpose which is what makes Patch My PC special. Thanks again for being part of the team and helping us build something meaningful together. - Justin Chalfant
