Great Work/Life Balance and Unbelievable benefits

Pros

Like the title says, this company truly walks the walk when it comes to encouraging work/life balance. The benefit package is unlike any I've seen, and in general the culture is one of maturity and mission. Leadership treats you like an adult, team members embody the service culture, it truly is the most enjoyable place I've ever worked.

Cons

I honestly can't say I've experienced many cons. There needs to be a bit more standard good practices developed, communicated and implemented across the board, but I prefer that over a completely regimented, restrictive, and micro management environment. Likely some additional cons will come up in the future, that's just the way all jobs go, but overall, PCU provides an ideal work and career experience.

Pros

I'm a newer employee but within the last week: $100 Thanksgiving bonus to all employees 'just to say thanks,' the Holiday + the day AFTER Thanksgiving as PTO days, paid opportunities to volunteer @ Habitat for Humanity and food banks. Also, crazy-good 401k match, friendly and genuinely helpful co-workers.

Cons

No company is perfect - older tech systems, work being done on the aesthetics of the branches, I will say there seems to be a culture moving toward improvement.
