Patelco people were great to work with. Good benefits, which are now available to part timers also.

Cons

I left to pursue a position that would provide opportunities for growth as the Patelco Call Center provided little room to grow.

You stay for your co-workers, you leave because of your managers.

Cons

Unappreciative, no reward system, upper management does not know what they are doing, no direction, no accountability, they reward brown-nosing instead of hardwork.
