Pros

Good starter experience for people who are desperate for banking experience otherwise there are great options for you.

Cons

Chump Change pay. Even McDonald employees make more flipping burgers then a banker at Patelco. Management will pile you up with work. Company doesn't know it's direction and where they headed. Every month they have a new motive. Feels like whoever are running the company are running it on practice mode as if they were playing a game.

Bankers Hours, the people I worked with were great. Set schedule. Room to advance if you want to put in the time and effort if Credit Union / Bank career is what your looking for.

Cons

Will take a long time to get to the pay level that is required to live in the Bay Area.
