Path, from what I understand, was at one point was a great company. That was prior to the: - Hiring freeze a month ago that resulted in rescinding offers from folks who'd already quit their previous jobs; - Senseless comp and strategy changes; - Layoffs which the company is trying to hide; - Shortening and disappearing runway due to burn rate and poor strategy; - Inability to raise more venture capital due to poor sales and product; - ^ for example, they've successfully deployed one robot. Over the four years they've been in business. The second, they've been trying to deploy now for going on 6 months with no success. - Completely disengaged founders/leadership. Don't bother expecting any visibility or involvement from them.

A dream job for software engineers looking to work on challenging problems and revolutionary tech. The list of pros doesn't end when it comes to Path Robotics. To list a few: - Catered lunches with lots of variety. - Free snacks. - Paid Healthcare premiums. - Competitive salary. - Opportunity to learn from some of the most talented software engineers I have ever come across in my career. - Transparent management. - Friendly coworkers. - Stock options. - Strong and focused leadership from the c-suite. - Location is great.
