Pros
Excellent company for some one who is interested only in work. Can learn a lot of different aspects, a lots of freedom to express your ideas and pursue them. Management very open to employees and easier to communicate. A great place to get some solid experience in your career. There might be very few companies in Bangalore which gives this kind of exposure to technology.
Cons
Might not be a good place for people who are just looking for a cool job with less work and great salary. Salary of entry level engineers not great but good.
