I joined as a fresher and got to learn so much in so little time. The seniors were helpful and I worked on latest standards. For want of higher pay joined an MNC. My learning has come down, I realize. I heard they now have very good package for college hire.

So the pressure to make ur product reach market before anyone else's will be prominent.

They check your naukri account updates. 5. False prestige can be seen from senior employees and even though they are not that technically good. 6. Might make you work on weekends and extend working hours on weekdays with no cab or any other facilities.

Unprofessional HR team. Worst experience on relieving. They contacted even family members and threatened to file a suit if failed to pay the bonus even though was willing to pay. Gave a single day window to pay the joining bonus amount.
