1. Good place to learn. Work will be challenging. 2. Will get a good learning environment and geek-like workplace. 3. Flexible timings.

Cons

1. Slog almost every day in work - can manage only if you're a bachelor and stay nearby. 2. Not that good pay, it's decent. 3. Less recognition, more work. 4. They check your naukri account updates. 5. False prestige can be seen from senior employees and even though they are not that technically good. 6. Might make you work on weekends and extend working hours on weekdays with no cab or any other facilities.
