Management plays favoritism a LOT. They’ll promote techs who do NOTHING just because they’re best friends. When asked about feedback; they’ll take it personally and make you feel bad about any criticism. Managers and higher ups are close friends too, so any issues can’t be reported or they won’t be taken seriously. They also do a lot of lay offs since they can’t keep or get new clients. Everyone was scared of losing their job daily. They cut a huge percentage of staff very soon after they moved into a huge building. The building is probably 80% empty offices and space now. Especially in accessioning, they will lay you off randomly & the management will claim to “not know” ahead of time, but they really do know. They also don’t handle leaves very well; maternity or medical. People allegedly came back from leave and got laid off as soon as they legally could.

Favoritism in all departments are hurting the people who actually work hard.
