Terrible to their employees and treat you like you are easily replaceable. Pay is okay.

One of the most unprofessional work places, upper management does not care about anyone lower than them. Never want to improve or do better for their employees always failing in leadership and honesty. Management is so unorganized and they never know what is going to happen nor will they tell you or prepare you for any of it! But when they do promise something they mess up big time and waste A LOT of their employees time. They have shady ways of business and put all the workload on techs that aren't even trained properly. And the techs who are trained doing all the work correctly never get opportunities and are looked over- people leave this company due to the lack of of standards and just human decency. RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK unless you're one of their favorites or upper management owes you a favor. They are very unethical in how they run a lab and it is scary the lack of concern management has for their employees. Work here if you want to be overworked, not cared for, lied too, exploited, or overlooked based off of favoritism and not what is best for the company.
