      CEO does a great job motivating and making each employee feel like a true team

      Cons

      Very young company and very young upper management, specifically supervisors. They may be fairly new at being supervisors so periodic training to grow their abilities might be needed

      Pros

      Immaculate latoratory space and a great place to learn the basics of just about everything within a laboratory space if you’re motivated enough. Catered food and snacks often. Competitive pay for non-licensed technicians with little or no work experience. Awesome laboratory team and great coworkers. Benefits package is average.

      Cons

      Drama and communication issues with upper management creates a stressful workplace at times. Very high turn over rate - you pretty much have to wait for someone to quit in order to even be *considered* for a promotion.
