Progressively worsening all around!

Pros

Remote work. Benefits. Salary can be an advantage, depending on role and their annual organizational updates! It’s become a bad look and trust/ethics killer for employees

Cons

The annual (sometimes more) reorgs (maybe it’s a strategy of some sorts, above my pay grade?!?) that are exhausting for majority, the total lack of actually BEING an inclusive and supportive organization-they talk all about it but don’t walk the walk. Has literally become a walking bucket of toxic waste and environment. Watch out for layoffs, with every round you have just reinforced the need for this review-never backfilling or promoting/filling the roles you eliminate leaving teams skeletal and WORSE for work life balance for the ones left standing!

Fast Moving, Good Culture

Pros

Benefits, inclusive culture, very collaborative. Always learning something new

Cons

Moving too quickly. The culture has shifted to getting more in the door faster without taking the time to do things correctly. No longer feels like top leadership cares about well-being and work life balance has disappeared.
