some of the technology is outdated -- not very much in the 21st century on some work processes.

Pros

PTO is nice we received “wellness days” which we could take to recharge and didn’t effect PTO. I enjoyed my coworkers a lot. I enjoyed the job it wasn’t super stressful (some stress with deadlines) in my department and I felt like my role was important. I loved working remotely

Cons

Systems need updates. It would be useful to work out kinks in the system that are not useful or make the job more difficult by adding more time and steps than necessary. Some of the setting were ridiculous very primitive - Izt could not even figure out why my spell check was not working - the most basic function. There isn’t much room to advance in the company. Sometimes it isn’t clear what management wants from us. We take on additional roles and duties but the requirements and rules are constantly changing.
