Pros

I enjoyed my time at Pathward and learned a lot about payments. People were really friendly and always willing to problem-solve collaboratively.

Cons

The strategy evolved often which meant success was a moving target. There were consistent org and leadership changes, which also made it difficult for the product and delivery teams to find a rhythm and deliver value effectively.

Lower pay then most other financial institutions, but better than getting paid and having a bad culture and benefits.
