Enjoyable work with kids, but pay and support lacking

Pros

Love the kids I used to work with.

Cons

They avoid behavior management instead of helping. Starting pay isn’t great. It should be based off experience, education, and work performance. Not just the date you were hired.

Leadership is approachable and genuinely cares about employee growth and well-being. Team members are motivated and willing to help each other out. Benefits are competitive and work-life balance is respected.

Cons

Like any growing company, things can move quickly and priorities can shift—but leadership is transparent about changes and always open to feedback.
