      I truly cannot find any negatives to say, the nature of software is imperfect and ever changing and PatientNOW handles obstacles tactfully.

      Pros

      Lots of potential for the software to get better. Great industry and the people are awesome. We are priced fairly in my opinion against the market and we do have support.

      Cons

      There is a lot of turnover - people canceling contracts and people quitting and new hires who don't know how to help. Because of the turnover nothing seems to get accomplished. They also pay reps really low. You're going to be busy and have a lot of opportunities but not in a good way - it's a constant grind to try to hit your goal. Marketing is a nightmare and that churns the most - we overpromise and under deliver. Our software needs a desperate upgrade.

      Positive Changes over the last couple of years

      Pros

      New investors and leadership started about 2 years ago and changes have been very positive. Mission statements are clear, employees are trusted, new ideas are accepted and the salary/benefits are good. Able to work from home and provided with necessary equipment. Very talented developers.

      Cons

      Occasional overzealous product roadmap can lead to last minute scrambling to meet release deadlines. Details on requirements for features sometimes lack details. Sales/Product not always on the same page.
