Pros

The sales team promotes personal competitiveness and teamwork. Reliable Software that works making sales enjoyable. Leadership that cares about the individuals they work with and works through life situations that could come up. Great Benefits. Leadership promotes from within. CEO is hands-on and kind. Travel opportunities to break up the monotony of working from home. Three companies merged recently: opportunities for system & organizational experts to flourish. Each department patiently works together for the common goal - efficiency.

Three companies merged recently, so processes and systems are still being discovered and created.

Pros

Software package is super robust, work along side lots of other channels inside the organization, and everyone is super educated on product side.

Cons

Onboarding is super unorganized. Commission breakdown is super cloudy and hard to get actual answers about. Don't like fighting for correct records to be kept for commission payouts. Development rollouts are never accurate

High Turnover for a Reason

Pros

Decent benefits, work from home acceptable, employees that really care about the success of the company.

Cons

Management doesn't understand main industry. Management doesn't listen to the people with experience in B2B for elective medicine. Always told to own the outcome, but when people do, it's frowned upon. Most employees under compensated.
