The kitchen area is kept well-stocked with nutritious snacks, and the company provides a rec room for when you need to blow off some steam with a game of ping-pong. Patientco also provides plenty of opportunities to work from home and doesn't track time off, so while long hours are the norm, it's easier to maintain work-life balance than with most companies.
