Pros

Company is very good if you are not too amitious. It provides some human touch in business which is best part. They are considerate for personal needs of employees. They give oppurtunities to change to different technolgy and domain. However, when it comes to money, the pay package is very embarassing.

Cons

Show me the money..compensation structure is the worst among the competetors. It is something like they have taken worst attributes of each company and consolidated into their compensation system. Employees are of low morale due to this. They have too many self imposed processes which hinder the support team performances.
