Pathetic company if you want to stay long

Pros

This company has good development processes and they really hard working people. Onsite opportunities are very easy (sometimes there also a lot of politics).

Cons

Full of stupid and no knowledge managers. Managers really do not know any project management processes, they just sit there and check ICICIDirect.com. Specially insurance business unit managers. Seniors have vengeful nature and they tell you this on your appraisal day :D. They bug you for trifle things. Sweet-talkers can survive without doing any work. HR policies are pathetic so HR department. No salary increments. They think any knowledgeable guy can be replaced by fresher.

Cons

Worked there for more then 4 years. Lot of dirty politics by old employees, seniors selfish and very unhelpful to remain technically superior to grab the onsite opportunity, manager blindly and totally in control of old employees, very less salary as compared to normal market trend,
