Pros
safe environment, safe people, hourly jobs, some with additional piece rates. i worked hourly - but on days i filled in over at the piece rate jobs, i was paid hourly plus a rate for each piece i made. until my last few months at the place, the piece rate jobs only got paid for pieces in a tier/quota structure.
Cons
the first 2 years i had a leader. then he was moved and replaced with a boss. not leader. not supervisor. plain boss. tried solving problems with with assertion instead of problem-solving skills. refused to allow good things to happen. everyone else, whether hourly or office, was great.
