Work hours, they work Mon -Thursdays 12 hour shifts so you have a long weekend.

Cons

The plant manager at Gravure Ink, is disrespectful and micromanages everyone. They overwork you constantly because they are always short staffed because the culture is so bad there, no one stays for long.. They work people there in fear instead of respect with trust as a team.
