Passionate leadership. Improving inter-team communication. Decent compensation. Stock-options. Non-disclosed PTO.

Cons

Towards the beginning stages of being data driven. Gut instinct and experience rules over data semi-often. When somebody needs something, it is on their schedule and they take priority. Rather work fast and fix mistakes later than do a thorough job the first time.
