Pros
This is the first tech start up I've worked for and so far it's been great. The orientation process was very easy and the company benefits are definitely above average. In addition to the basics, Patrocinium offers employees stock options so everyone who works here feels really invested in the success of the company. The tech team is a really good group of smart individuals. Everyone who works here seems really energized and dedicated to the mission. The other folks in the office are helpful and smart as well. Overall it's a really good team of people.
Cons
I haven't worked at Patrocinium long enough to have any real cons. So far everything has been smooth sailing!

Pros
I love working here. The team is small but everyone is really dedicated. It's a great collaborative environment and I'm learning a lot more than I would if I were at a larger company.
Cons
There have been times were I've been given tasks that I don't know how to do so I've had to figure it out for myself.
