I knew the CEO and had worked with the company in the past. So the interview was a bit more of a formality. I will say that they did a very thorough process calling my references, which I was impressed with because not all companies take the time to have in-depth conversations with references.

I applied directly with the company. There was a phone interview and then an in-person interview. The in-person interview consisted of basic skills and behavioral questions. The interviewer then talked about the company, product and roadmap. I was really impressed with the technology and everyone who worked there seemed really dedicated to the company's mission.
