Pros

- Warm, friendly, nuturing office culture - Manager truly cares about the staff she supervises - Most of the staff are artists or come from an art background - Flexible shifts and remote/on-site hybrid office - Generally good-natured clients (art directors, box office staff, often skews older) - Supportive community (staff watch out for each other even when people make mistakes or a client is particularly rude/demanding) - Opportunity to learn useful arts admin skills - Strong product

Cons

- Quick turn around of staff as most are artists looking for a flexible but stable day job - Pay is entry-level, but after training, skill level is definitely not

Pros

The staff! - Wonderful staff who take a lot of pride in a positive office culture. You would be hard pressed to find a better group of people to work with. The office is truly collaborative despite so many employees being remote. Flexibility - with the option for many positions to work remotely, it's great to not have to be shackled to the NYC office. Managers - Although I can't speak to all of them, the manager for the Client Admin team is hands down the best manager I have every had. Above all else, she listen and responds to the needs of her team to make us better.

Cons

Really, the only downside to working here is the compensation. The benefits package is great, but the salaries are substantially under the market rate.
