Pros

The work is interesting and important, the people are there because they care, the pay is great, and leadership makes retention a priority. Easily the best company I've worked for.

Cons

The company is growing very fast, and as a result there is often more work to do than there is people to do it. There is very little downtime, but thankfully the company culture is pretty understanding that everyone is consistently working on multiple things at a time.

Cons

Management does not respect or recognize technical engineering experience or value. Company does not invest in internal engineering employees and would rather farm out work to external consulting engineering firms. project management with limited technical or engineering knowledge given more respect and recognition than internal engineering staff. Limited career opportunities for technical and engineering employees.
