Pros
Company Mission statements includes "Transitioning the World to Renewable Energy". That meshes very well with my philosophy. Executive leadership is employee-centric. They really do care for the happiness and well-being of the employees. Great effort being made to facilitate employees feeling motivated, connected and engaged. Good progress being made on streamlining and improving systems and processes. Management listens to employees. Office environment is very pleasant. The location cannot be beat. Good compensation and benefits. Growing company so dynamic environment.
Cons
Heavy workloads: employee resources sometimes stretched too thin. Young company so frequently shifting focus and priorities: Work Flows and Procedures sometimes fluid as a result. Very heavy focus on SOX and Audits. Need to focus more on producing renewable electricity!
