Pros

We work hard but we play hard. This place takes care of you as long as you put in the work. I've enjoyed working here and the people are great. Everyone is friendly and tries to help each other. There's a lot of growth and upward movement through the company.

Cons

Communication can be disorganized. Documentation tends to be isolated to each department.

Pros

I enjoy working here. A lot of different challenges are constantly presented and I have the freedom to accomplish my tasks to the best of my ability. Improvements and R&D are constantly being made at a fast rate. Our products are always improving.

Cons

The company runs fast and loose. Improvements are constantly being made at a blistering pace. I list this as a negative because documentation and sign offs aren't given time to catch up.
