Rock n' roll atmosphere, lot's of pride in work at all levels, flexible schedule, unique culture, owner and employees have a sincere passion for the company mission

Cons

Lack of long-term planning skills, lots of "big picture" ideas but lack of connection to the details that make them happen.

Advancement more often based upon personal releationships, mid-management personal agendas interfere with wider goals, communcation skills are sorely lacking, inability for most to think outside the box and apply knowledge from other industries
