      Pros

      I enjoy working here. A lot of different challenges are constantly presented and I have the freedom to accomplish my tasks to the best of my ability. Improvements and R&D are constantly being made at a fast rate. Our products are always improving.

      Cons

      The company runs fast and loose. Improvements are constantly being made at a blistering pace. I list this as a negative because documentation and sign offs aren't given time to catch up.

      Great environment to work in, chances for raises, promotions, overtime, and bonuses. Benefits are great

      Factory life will run you dry, but otherwise they're an amazing company to work for.

      Consistent hours. Friendly staff. Knowledgable trainers. Everyone loves the work they do.

      Cons

      Depending on your role, you may be repeating task day-in, day-out, which can be heavily taxing on some people. To me, it was easy and relaxing work. But It started to take a toll on my back.
