Pros

Lots of people that love their work and are passionate about guitars. If you love guitars it is a great place to work because pretty much everyone here gets excited about guitars.

Cons

There's been some leaner years due to the slow economy, but it's been picking up steadily. There are times were the long term vision and planning didn't seem clear, but it seems to be getting better.
