      It was fun for a while... There was a time when creativity was rewarded, but that was years ago.

      Promotions without compensation Being given responsibility for things you have on control over Warning upper management of potential problems only to be blamed for them when they actually occur. Copious amounts of drama Negative work environment Racism

      Pros

      Family like atmosphere, Fun Employee Perks and Activities. Higher ups will listen to good ideas from anyone. They are very appreciative of hard workers. Paul is always on the floor and cares about the people who work there. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Pay. You will be expected to work at a fast pace all the time including Saturdays. You will be rewarded as much as the guy next to you even if he is half as productive.
