Have been part of the dev ream for over a year: - The architecture of the array is an example of how traditional dual controller storage arrays can be disrupted - Engineering is given utmost priority, which is how it should be in a Engineering startup - Design discussions involve all engineering staff, across grades such that all can place their views/ contribute such that final deliverable output is rock solid - Every new project/ sub-project is a learning opportunity considering the evolving technology - New project ideas put forth by Engineering staff are well received by Senior Mgmt
Cons
- Turn around time requirement is real quick, leaving little breathing space! But considering, being a startup, this is what keeps all on their feet all the time.
