* Solid product. * Clear vision to disrupt high performance primary storage. * A lot of learning opportunities and have ample opportunities to contribute meaningfully to the product and the company. * Great storage stack to learn from.

Nothing that I can think of.

great tech....and great place to learn.. flexible hours.. good exposure to customers and their deployment models.

Cons

similar to other startups at this stage. better internal documents would help.

Pros

Unique technology that supports NVMe via TCP/ROCE/Infiniband today. Literally the fastest storage option in the marketplace. Very reasonable price point for a solution that is usually about ten times faster than the competition. Many patents that protect the company's ability to sustain its performance advantage for years to come.

Cons

Needs help with brand awareness. Gartner, IDC, and Blocks and Files know about Pavilion, but that is their job to know.
