Pros

Hard working employees who care about the company. The insurance is decent.

Cons

This company was once part of a big Fortune 500, but it was sold to a private equity firm. Since then, they’ve completely dropped any kind of employee recognition. The execs, including the CEO, often talk down to staff in a pretty inappropriate way. Things have become all over the place, and it feels like they’re just coming up with new ways to squeeze more money for the private equity guys, even if it hurts the employees.
