Pros
Pavilion Payments is a great place to work. Management is easy to get along with and is willing to listen to any complaints that you may have. The supervisors are always available to help if you have any questions about how to do something. The other employees are easy to get along with and are always willing to help each other.
Cons
one issue that this company has is that they dont always communicate a change in policy effectively and they aren't always prepared for any issues that a change in policy may cause. It sometimes takes them more than a week to have answers to any questions about a policy change.
