      Pros

      Working for and with a hard-working, experienced and professional team top down. Truly a flexible work life balance environment. Great benefits.

      Cons

      The employee retention hasn't been great when acquiring new businesses under the Pavion umbrella. This made the last year a difficult but rebuilding year and on the right path to correct this.

      Pros

      Dynamic work environment working with very experienced and talented individuals. It can be challenging with all of the change and M&A but very rewarding. One of the best places I have worked; never boring and leadership is great.

      Cons

      It's a place where you "hit the ground running" every day and that's not for everyone. We are constantly striving to integrate people and processes and everyone here contributes to that mission.

      Pros

      I have worked for a few other large fire/life safety companies in the past and I feel that Pavion has been my favorite employer to date. There is great potential for growth with our company and we have an abundance of knowledgeable people who are willing to help each other to achieve our goals.

      Cons

      After 5 minutes I could not come up with anything to put in the cons section, I tried though.
