Pros
-relaxed environment (it is not a stuffy office- people dress casually, we joke with each other constantly, etc.) -these are a group of very knowledgeable people, so there is always someone to consult if there is a confusing situation -This is a company that values learning over anything else. If you need to take the time to learn something in order to be the best, they are patient and encouraging during that process. -The CEO is involved in every process. He values everyone's opinions, not just upper management and makes a point to establish relationships with everyone.
Cons
-Sometimes the overall goal of the company seems foggy. That is an easily answered question if you make it a point to care about that, though.
