Pros
There are a number of very talented, hard working and intelligent people sprinkled through out the company. There is a lot to learn from these people and they are a pleasure to work with.
Cons
CEO will not accept advice from his employees. He also micro manages everything and disagreeing can result in loss of employment depending on his mood. Promotions and Positions are frequently given to CEO's friends or internally usually to the unqualified. The idea of hiring and paying for qualified talent seems completely foreign here. There are huge pay disparities with in departments and with in the company with no correlation to skill or work output. Both sales and upper management do not seem to know how to say no to difficult clients and will promise anything including the impossible to "get the deal". Successful and hardworking employees are rarely if ever rewarded for their hard work. Bonuses after success have been routinely promised but never delivered. Hypocrisy runs rampant within management. HR is nonexistent thus there is no forum for reporting inappropriate behavior from management. Numerous employees have been retaliated against from complaining about mistreatment from upper-management. Moral is low and management thinks they can fix it with platitudes and more promises with out showing real action. Most departments are understaffed making it difficult to actually use the paltry amount of PTO provided. Benefits shrink from year to year.
